By accessing, browsing or using the Site — or by submitting an enquiry through our contact form — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Not all services described on the Site are available in every region, in every sector or to every type of client. We reserve the right to determine the availability of any service and to decline an engagement at our discretion.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement letter, the terms of the signed engagement letter will prevail for that engagement.

This Site may contain links to external websites and services — for example Google Maps for directions, LinkedIn for our company page, or external reports referenced in case studies.

We do not control, verify, monitor or endorse the content, accuracy, opinions or availability of any third-party site. Following any external link is at your own risk, and we make no warranties regarding any third-party content or service.

Any liability that arises under a signed engagement letter is governed exclusively by that engagement, and not by these Site Terms.

S3 Ventures shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if that failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event — meaning any event beyond our reasonable control.

Force Majeure Events include, without limitation: failure of communication or power systems; internet or telecom outages; sabotage; fire, flood or other acts of God; epidemic or pandemic; civil commotion, strike, riot or war; government action; cyber-attack; computer crash; or the introduction of malicious code into our systems.

During a Force Majeure Event, our obligations are suspended for as long as the event continues.

We may amend or supplement these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law or how we operate. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes, we aim to give at least 30 days' notice by posting the update on the Site and, where we hold your contact details, by email or other acceptable means.

Continued use of the Site or engagement with us after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

These Terms are in addition to, and not in derogation of, any specific terms you have agreed to under a signed engagement letter for advisory services.
